If you are concerned about a child or young person, contact us; we may take some basic information over the phone or ask you to complete an online referral form.
One of our team will then get in touch to discuss the enquiry in more detail if required. If you are making a referral on behalf of a family we will ask that you have consent to do so.
Our service team will assess the information provided, often following a conversation with the family, and plan appropriate support. If we can't provide a service we will signpost you to an alternative.
